Getting
Started

How do I select my product?

You can either look at suggested designs from past clients or just order and select the colours from our colour samples.

Can I get my order sooner?

Depending upon the amount of work required on your design, the number of orders we have waiting to be produced our manufacturing time is approximately 1 -2 weeks.  If you have a sepcific date you need your order by please order well ahead of this date and make us aware of your requirements. From time to time there are unavoidable delays caused by shipping delays or stock availability. We always do our best to get the orders out to customers as soon as possible.

What file-format should I submit?

If you wish to have an image included as part of your box design, you will need to upload this at the time of ordering. We need these files in JPEG format and no bigger than 2mb.

What are the flowers made of?

The flowers are all hand made out of paper. The should last for a long time but can fade if left in direct sunlight and also if the box is exposed to water it could deterioate as well.

How do I add further customisation to my design?

On the check out page there is an option to add notes to the order before you purchase. Simply write your instruction there and we will read them when we process your order.

What sizes do the boxes come in?

Our shadow boxes are available in two sizes.

30 cm x 30 cm and 50 cm x 50 cm.

They are available in white and black (30 cm box only)

Shipping

How will I get my order?

We ship our products through Australia Post. If you are in the south western suburbs of Sydney we can arrange local pick up.

How much does postage cost?

It depends upon your location and the size of the box/product that you order. We use a calculator provided by Australia Post for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are provided before you commit to placing an order. 

Can I come pick up my order?

Yes local pick up can be arranged at a time that is convenient to you and Custom and Co.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

Yes we do. We individually gift wrap each order. 

Can you ship internationally?

At this stage no. We only ship within Australia.

Payment

How much do I have to pay to get started?

We require payment in full prior to commencing your order. This includes shipping costs.

How do I go about making payment?

We accept payment from major credit and debit cards. We use the Paypal payment gateway for proection of both our customers and Custom and Co.

Returns

If I don't like my design, can I return them?

Once you have received your delivery you cannot return it for refund. All out boxes are hand made and made to order. If you change your mind once you see your box in person you will need to order another box.
